send_tfa_code
send_tfa_code Sends a TFA (Two Factor Authorization) code to a user via email. This function may be called two different ways, withe by passing it an email address, or a clouduser object
Email settings required
This function will not work unless the Email Settings have been configured for the project. See Project Settings->E-Mail
Only one at a time
this function stores a hashed version of the TFA code that it generates in the session. Only one of these may be active at any given time, so when called, all previous TFA codes become invalid.
